While families feast to familial bonding and festivities, food also helps foster friendships, facilitate familiarity, flank formalities and fulfil fellowships. Yet, food have forced friction, fracture and fallout due to fallacies, foolishness and fake news.
Food can unite and divide Mankind.
Four healthcare and wellness practitioners of different faiths – Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism and Islam, will share on common dietary habits and benefits, and unique dietary requirements, based on science and spirituality.
