IRCC Chairmen and key members were briefed on the inaugural IRCC appraisal and recognition system during the 2 engagement sessions held on 10 and 16 January 2015. The IRCC appraisal and recognition system aims to encourage continuous learning amongst the IRCCs as well as recognise outstanding initiatives, members and supportive organisations.

With the IRCC awards night scheduled in July 2015, these sessions served as a lead up for IRCCs to complete the self appraisal, clarify details of the recognition awards criteria as well as to provide their feedback on the awards process. 

More than 140 participants attended the 2 sessions which were held at the Singapore Flyer and Botanic Gardens.
